I’m in Dakhla right now training hard and getting ready for the first stop of the World Cup celebrated in Thailand.
We are very lucky, we have 25 knots of northeast everyday and a very nice temperature. The injury of last year broke me up the whole season. I spent 5 months without kiting and I had a bad time. I’m very happy to be in Dakhla, to train with these conditions is incredible and it motivates a lot. Here I leave some photos from those days.

Yesterday we began our trip to Dakhla. We moved from Tarifa to Essaouira, where we stopped to rest one night at Riad Baoussala. It is a beautiful riad, is decorated with exquisite style, very welcoming, which makes you feel at home. In the morning we will continue with the trip. We plan to reach Layoun, and then to Dakhla. There are 2300 km, and it’s too much to do it at once.
I am eager to arrive and train hard. The forecast is 15-20 knots of wind all day and a temperature of 26 celcius.
